What to Expect:
KO Fit is where strength, community, and fun collide. Our gym makes it easy to start - or level up - any fitness journey and is open to kids, adults, and seniors alike. Whether brand new to exercise or a lifelong mover, we all share one thing in common: every body is meant to move.
We design small group and personal training sessions that build functional strength and improve mobility for any body, any fitness level, any age. Our upbeat, welcoming environment makes for engaging and practical workouts that are approachable for anyone - never intimidating. Every session is designed to deliver realistic results you can feel in daily movement.
The workouts are a mixture of traditional strength training and a little KO Fit originality, all led by Kevin or Gabbie. Our focus is on the mastery of the our 6 foundational movement patterns, PUSH - PULL - SQUAT - HINGE - CARRY - LUNGE with an aim to make fitness challenging, fun and accessible for everyone.
