What to Expect:

The warmup is a 10 exercise routine demonstrated by Kevin. The goal is of the warmup is to get the body ready for the upcoming workout. This is done through many numerous dynamic movements using bodyweight, kettlebells, boxes, bands, sleds and more. The warmup is changed weekly to keep things fresh and challenge the body to move in various ways.

The workouts are a mixture of traditional strength training and a little KO Fit originality, all led by Kevin or Gabbie. Our focus is on the mastery of the our 6 foundational movement patterns, PUSH - PULL - SQUAT - HINGE - CARRY - LUNGE. If you can master these movements there is nothing in life that you can't handle. Our aim is to make fitness challenging yet fun and accessible for everyone. You will experience many exercises that will challenge you in more unconventional ways as well. We like to try unique and creative exercises and rep schemes to keep the variety high and to push the limits of the bodies capabilities.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! Kevin’s workouts are both challenging and fun! He doesn’t cut corners — each workout has a specific design that builds and increases my strength, as well as my mobility and flexibility, and cardio! No two workouts are the same, so it’s never boring. He focuses on proper technic, and I’ve never suffered an injury under his care. I strongly recommend KO Fit!
